Dryden has the MOST expressive face of any child I have ever seen. Of course, it is requisite when your vocabulary consists of only 8 words (two of which happen to be animal sounds and two more which relate to fighting...owww! and boom!) With a simple look everyone...friend or foe...knows exactly what is on his mind.
We also have never had a child quite so observant. What one child or parent does, Dryden is quick to imitate. He is pretty cute and can be quite the handful as well. He is also starting to feel things change in the family. He must know that something, or more appropriately someone, is coming. He is very possessive and jealous of his toys and his dad. We already know that he won't be adjusting to the new baby well. We will most definitely have a repeat of Allison with Savanna. Hopefully it won't be quite as dramatic as that was: "NO BABY!! as she is trying to push the crib with Savanna in it out of her room!
